Purpose
- Streamline current e-Commerce into one platform, building the corresponding capabilities and define the strategy and guidelines of e -Commerce
- Develop and grow e-Commerce channel to represent a significant part of company growth
- Ensure user experience is best-in-class
Key Accountabilities Global
- Define global strategy and global guidelines aligned with budget together with the Global Marketing Digital and Innovation Head
- Define benefits for the pre-order customers
- Quarterly definition of assortment taking into account local requisites and bestsellers
- Monthly definition of promotions, prior consulting Global and Local Category Management and Local Marketing
- Definition/creation of Branding Stores
- Assist on the definition of the promo and pricing strategy as well as the e -Commerce platform and system and solution
- Validate the catalogue together with the Global Digital and Innovation Head
- Management, planning and execution of SEM campaign
- Coordinate teams within the Company procurement as well as Brands to enhance online actions
- Monitor the on-line Marketing Strategy and traffic sources in different markets
- Analyze results from a strategical and results-oriented point of view
- Track the competitors’ and top players’ brands online performance and continuously propose improvements based on the aforementioned benchmark
- Convert ideas into requirements for a technical team
- Create digital sales channels adapted to the country Information and Analysis
- Define KPI’s for performance analysis
- Results analysis and customer reporting
- Analyze past and present performance for best practices implementation across divisions
