Key Accountabilities
Validate Communication Strategy
- Monitor In-Store Communication guidelines
- Ensure a top class Execution of the marketing campaigns
- Create tactical Campaigns
- Coordinate Branding
Validate Promotional Strategy and Targets
- Propose Promotional calendar based on promotional strategy
- Review and performance of promotions on a monthly basis and develop action plan
Validate and Coordinate the division Advertising income strategy
- Create divisional new advertising opportunities
- Coordinate execution, targets and budget
Management, Leadership and HR
- Proactive in alignment, support and coordination with countries
- Lead and develop the people within the Marketing Community
Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing TR / fast consuming goods.
- Leading regional teams and projects.
- Proven track record in creating successful global marketing activities, campaigns, etc
- Knowledge of the retail or consumer goods industry, at regional level
