Key Accountabilities

 


Validate Communication Strategy

  • Monitor In-Store Communication guidelines
  • Ensure a top class Execution of the marketing campaigns
  • Create tactical Campaigns
  • Coordinate Branding

 

Validate Promotional Strategy and Targets

  • Propose Promotional calendar based on promotional strategy
  • Review and performance of promotions on a monthly basis and develop action plan

 

 

Validate and Coordinate the division Advertising income strategy

  • Create divisional new advertising opportunities
  • Coordinate execution, targets and budget

 

Management, Leadership and HR

  • Proactive in alignment, support and coordination with countries
  • Lead and develop the people within the Marketing Community

 

 

Skills

 

  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing TR / fast consuming goods.
  • Leading regional teams and projects.
  • Proven track record in creating successful global marketing activities, campaigns, etc
  • Knowledge of the retail or consumer goods industry, at regional level
