Digital and Online Marketing Manager for Americas


The role is based in Miami


Implement the Digital marketing strategy defined at global level for the Company that supports the company’s values and vision, lead the implementation of all activities defined in the Annual Marketing Plan with all involved departments. 


Key Accountabilities

Loyalty programs

  • Validate loyalty targets, discounts & benefits
  • Find for local benefits and partners for loyalty programs
  • Coordinate and support customer Enrollment & identifying and closing B2B partners

e-commerce strategy & guidelines

  • Supervise customization of the e-commerce catalogue at country level, identifying synergies at divisional level.
  • Propose and validate the e-commerce promo & pricing strategy, identifying synergies at divisional level
  • Support the Integration and development e-commerce solution with local countries
  • Validate e-commerce targets & objectives

Social Media Strategy guidelines

  • Propose agencies
  • Validate Social Media Content /influencers /celebrities / bloggers

Apps strategy & solutions

  • Propose Innovation & solution partners


  • Validate Content generation
  • Coordinate & Implement Content management




  • On line Business or digital related sector experience with at least 5 years of experience in digital sector
  • online proven track record
  • knowledge of the retail or consumer goods industry, at regional level
  • experience in digital marketing agency (ecommerce, social media, digital content…)
