Global IT Corporate Applications Developer

Front End Developer for corporate applications in Global Information Technology Department.

Job Requirements

• Design, maintain and develop the front end Dufry’s corporate applications suite
• Oversee development done by external providing the required technical guidance
• Liaise with business analysts and internal business stake holders turning business requirements into a working software
• Provide a technical guidance and software development guidelines in the following technologies:
  • Angular1,2,4
  • HTML/JS
  • Java (Spring)
  • SQL (MSSQL)
• Build and deployment environment and methodologies in terms of defining new processes and tools

Key Qualifications

• University degree or Equivalent in Engineering, IT or Computer Science
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development
• More than 2 years of experience in JS (Angular a huge advantage), Java (Spring MVC a huge advantage) and SQL.
• Process oriented, hands-on and able to handle pressure
• Highly motivated and flexible   
• Working as a team
• Good communication skills – customer oriented  
• Excellent oral and written skills in English – any other language would be an advantage
