Purpose
Plan, forecast and monitor the sell through activity for categories (fashion and luxury). Follow-up and reporting, coordination and other specific tasks requested.
Key accountabilities
- Coordinate with Buying and Local Operations to produce seasonal forecasting for Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter Open to Buy (OTB).
- Coordinate financial KPI reports covering Sales, Margin and Stock positions.
- Coordinate the liquidation program and planning cycle of the stock obsolescence with each region.
- Coordinate key supplier presentations, outlining current and future expectations.
- Coordinate Commercial County & Brand Plan via MSSI Reporting.
- Coordinate Commercial Planning process & new tender process to incorporate into OTB planning.
- Evaluates Inventory Financial risks.
SKILLS
- Required: 3 to 5 years of business experience in category management.
- Desirable: Experience in the retail industry: tobacco, alcohol, cosmetics, perfumes, textile, jewelry accessories and/or, food.
- Strong financial understanding and experience with working in excel and other systems
