Joan Serra

Joan Serra is the Managing Director & Founder of iCriterion. His background includes over 12 years in the consulting field. Mr. Serra holds a BA from the University of Barcelona and a Masters in Finance from Manchester University. He has an extensive background as a consultant and has undertaken local and international research assignments at across major industries. He eventually started up a pioneer project in the recruitment area. Since he founded iCriterion, he has had the opportunity to conduct a range of selection assignments for a variety of clients.
