Country General Manager

 

Job description:

  • Manage the operations in the country.
  • Represent the company internally and externally and ensure the coordination with customs and other authorities.
  • Search and analyze any new opportunity of development within the country
  • Determine the sales strategy, the investment and development plan for the company
  • Define all commercial criteria to be applied in the shops (Layout, Pricing, Promotions, Category selection…)
  • Ensure that a high standard of customer service is implemented
  • Follow sales evolutions and analyse figures to prepare weekly and monthly activity reports
  • Guarantee the correct implementation of promotions
  • Regularly control stocks situation and ensure optimized stock level
  • Ensure a suitable organisational development and good human resources management
  • Guarantee a fluid organization in the delivery of goods by the Distribution Center
  • Ensure accurate financial management
  • Ensure periodic Forecasting and reporting as well as budgets.

Requirements for the job:

  • Retail experience at least 3 years at management level
  • Fluent English.
